  • Do I need to do a patch test?
    You should always try a patch test when using new products. If any irritation occurs, stop using the product and rins thoroughly with water.
  • How long does it take to dispatch my order?
    Orders will be shipped within 2 working days and arrive within 3-5 working days. Europe orders arrive within 5-7 working days. Due to COVID-Regulations there may be delays.
  • My order arrived damaged.
    We apologise for any inconvenience. Please send us a picture of the damaged item to info@hornofafrika.com so we can assist you in replacing your item.
  • Can I get a refund if the product doesn’t work for me?
    Unfortunately, we cannot take returns on used products. Please also note that we are not able to accept exchanges of products at this time.
